Instructor will work with each student to determine a schedule for your class. Not every student will be able to perform the skills required to be certified for the class they are participating in. It is at the instructors discretion to determine if the student has met all the requirements to be certified for the class they are participating in. Additional fees may be required if additional time is needed for the student to complete their class. Once your first session starts, your fees are no longer refundable.

Changes to your charter can be done up to 24 hours prior to your charter date without incurring any penalties. Mother Nature makes the calls regarding weather and diving conditions. We will never cancel a charter if we don't reach a minimum number of customers. "If" a charter is cancelled by Dive Guy Charters we will make every effort to reschedule your charter or refund your Charter Fee.

No show for a charter will not be rescheduled and fees for that charter will not be refunded.
